Rest of the Story...
This Spring the Cardinals were hanging out in the trees in our yard. In order to shoot this image, I had to open a window facing the tree, remove the screen, and set up the tripod inside the house (for ‘cover’) with camera ready to go. I’d monitor the set-up periodically through the day and shoot when the birds were cooperative. After a long few days, and taking a number of images, I arrived at this one.
